Order name tapes
Please complete the order forms below.
- Labels will be printed in the same manner you enter the data: lower case or upper case
- Most names are able to fit on one line: up to 22 characters
- Name tapes can have 1 or 2 lines of information
- The second is often used for a phone number or room number, for example
- No charge for postage
- GST included in prices
- Please note: due to a change in the production process, new orders will not be processed until the last week of May
